Local Leader Shines: New Role, Global Service, and a Second Award Nod

Stancil earned a promotion from 2nd to 1st Lieutenant Commandress, a clear reflection of her commitment and leadership. In this critical executive role, she assists the Illustrious Commandress in managing Court activities, ensuring smooth operations, and guiding initiatives that empower women, promote education, support health and wellness, and foster youth development—the key missions of the Imperial Court. Her leadership ensures these vital programs effectively reach those in need.
Ways and Means Committee
Now serving as the Chair of the Ways and Means Committee for 2024 and 2025. Tracy leads the Court’s financial operations. This role is not just about collecting dues; it involves creatively executing fundraising efforts to generate the necessary resources for community service projects. From organizing events to securing donations, her work directly supports initiatives such as stocking refrigerators for families in need and providing educational support, allowing the Court to broaden its impact.
Global Outreach
Her dedication also extends globally, particularly to various African countries. Stancil plays a key role in supporting educational opportunities—like building schools and providing scholarships—improving health outcomes through medical missions and access to clean water, and empowering women and youth through leadership and self-sufficiency programs. By expanding her global outreach, this local leader embodies the true spirit of global citizenship, showing that compassion and service can transcend borders.
Following her earlier recognition and current activities to support the community and the Court, Stancil is now in the running for a second Daughter Award. This nomination, which will be announced at the upcoming Imperial Convention, acknowledges her expanded impact and leadership within the Imperial Court.
