WellPower, Colorado’s largest community mental health center, has officially named James Greer, MBA, MHRM, as its new president and CEO, effective May 15, 2025. Greer, who has served as interim CEO since December 2024, was selected after an extensive national search.

Greer, a respected and long-serving leader within WellPower, brings over two years of executive experience to the organization, including his role as Chief Operating Officer. With a background in healthcare leadership and a reputation for operational excellence,

As Greer starts his new role, he takes charge of a community-centered campus network that reflects WellPower’s mission, especially the Dahlia Campus for Health & Well-Being.

WellPower (formerly known as the Mental Health Center of Denver, MCHD) continues to lead the way in community-based mental health services across the city.

Among its several locations, the Dahlia Campus for Health & Well-Being stands out as a vital hub in Northeast Denver, offering innovative, holistic services that support mental, physical, and community wellness.

Located at 3401 Eudora Street, Dahlia Campus provides therapy, early childhood education, urban farming, and community gathering spaces—all designed to promote well-being across generations.

In addition to Dahlia Campus, WellPower operates several other locations across Denver, including its Main Administration at 4141 E Dickenson Place, the Recovery Center on E 12th Avenue, and Wellshire Behavioral Services. These sites reflect WellPower’s commitment to accessible, person-centered care throughout the metro area.
