Denver’s Improved Property Research Tool

Denver’s Improved Property Research Tool

Summary
The City and County of Denver have released an upgraded version of denvergov.org/property, a user-friendly website offering detailed information on approximately 240,000 properties. Developed in partnership between Denver’s Technology Services and the Department of Finance, the platform makes it easier for residents, realtors, and business users to research properties across the city and county.
“This upgrade provides a more efficient and transparent experience for anyone researching property information in Denver,” said Assessor Keith Erffmeyer.
“This tool shows how we’re using technology to better serve our community,” added Suma Nallapati, Denver’s Chief Information Officer.
The redesigned platform works smoothly on computers, tablets, and smartphones, displaying all essential information on a single page—eliminating the need to click through multiple tabs.
Key Features:
Smarter Search: No longer requires exact address formats, making it easier to find properties.
Comprehensive Data: View property values, tax history, ownership transfers, permit history, and more.
Easy Appeals: During the assessment appeal period, owners can quickly file appeals through a direct link.
Residents can use the tool to compare neighboring properties; realtors can gather details for clients, and homebuyers or business owners can confirm key information.
