In this season of giving, the Community College of Aurora President, Dr. Mordecai Brownlee, recently raised $100,000 for student-related causes through his inspiring "Miles with Mordecai" campaign, which demonstrated the impact of leadership and showed how even the smallest steps can create meaningful change.

To achieve this, Dr. Brownlee walked the city’s entire 71-mile High Line Canal Trail, where supporters pledged money for every mile walked to raise funds for the CCA Student Emergency Fund, which provides crucial support to students facing unforeseen life challenges at CCA.
